Reporting & Notifications
Incident and Issue Reports
Property owners and/or building managers can receive incident and issue reports in real time via email. Optional simple text message notifications can alert you that we were on the property and sent an incident or issue report to your email.
Site Activity Reports
Site activity summary reports are delivered the morning after we patrol the property. The site activity report includes all patrol activity on the property within the last 24 hours. The summary report contains all site specific patrol tour checkpoint scans and images, plus any additional incident or issue reports that were submitted during patrols.
Our patrol officers will also look out for and report on any maintenance issues. The maintenance issue reporting function allows our guards and patrols to report on liability issues like slip/trip/fall hazards and also to perform property management tasks like lighting inspections for example, during routine security patrols. Which reduces the workload and liability issues for the property management team. In addition to all reports being sent to the property manager, maintenance reports can also be sent directly to the maintenance team in real time.
At all the properties where we have used this reporting software, we have kept the maintenance teams on their toes and it has become a great accountability tool for the property managers to keep track of known maintenance issues and how quickly they are resolved.
